Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

Today Dr. Seuss would have been 96 years old. We celebrated by having Green Eggs and Ham for dinner. This was actually Kate's suggestion, but I thought it was a great one.

They are preparing the eggs... Looks yummy, huh?

Both kiddo's LOVED their dinner, cleaned their plates and asked for more. Who knew...

We ended the night by reading, what else, Dr. Seuss. Cole chose "Dr. Seuss's ABC's" Kate chose "One fish two fish red fish blue fish"

I think I might see a tradition coming on... Not too sure what Oliver will think about it next year. He may have to plan to work late or I may have to make 2 dinners that night.
